Common questions
Yes. Get in touch or complete our free measure form with your room details and postcode. We will discuss the visit and arrange a suitable time.
The time depends on the size of the job, the flooring and any preparation needed. Ask about the fitting programme when you discuss your quote, particularly if you have a move, booking or other work planned.
Tell us what needs moving or removing when you arrange your measure. Confirm whether furniture, uplift and disposal are included in your quote, and what you need to prepare before fitting.
Some ranges can, but the flooring, underlay, fitting method and heating system need to be checked together. Bring your system details and follow the relevant manufacturers’ installation and temperature guidance.
Let us know before ordering. The existing surface affects preparation and product choice. Any moisture problem needs to be understood before it is covered, and the required work should be discussed as part of the quotation.
