- Quotations
- Your quotation should set out the flooring and work included, the price and how long it is valid. Please check these details and raise any questions before placing an order. Any additional preparation or fitting work should be discussed before it is carried out.
- Deposits and payment
- A deposit is payable when an order is placed, with the balance due on completion. Bespoke and made-to-measure items are non-returnable once cut or manufactured.
- Access and preparation
- Agree access and room preparation before fitting. Confirm arrangements for furniture, old flooring and disposal, including any charges, in your quotation. Let us know about access or parking restrictions at the property.
- Guarantees
- Ask which fitting and manufacturer guarantees apply to your order, including their terms and exclusions. Product guarantees vary by range.
- Care and warranties
- Follow the cleaning and care instructions for your flooring. Check warranty conditions before using steam cleaners, stain treatments or other specialist products. Ask us for the relevant manufacturer guidance if you are unsure.
